Last two trips saw plenty of fluke and some very large Bluefish lurking around. With the Fluke you have to be patient and go through a lot of short Fluke and Sea Robins to get to the keeper fish. Bunker schools have been around with big Bluefish and some Striped Bass if you are willing to go fishing at first light, accompanied by an outgoing tide (preferable right now). Also the bottom fishing scene is starting to pick up with reports of Porgies, Sea bass and even Black fish in the mix. Get out here and enjoy some great fishing action along with the beautiful weather we have been having.
